Everywhere I look, everywhere I go, I see people complaining about how construction is so expensive, it just drains gold, it's hard to level, blah blah blah. I even saw one girl complain because it was named construction, not carpentry!

 

 

 

Well guess what people? Construction is one of THE most fun skills, ever! Everything else people just sort of click here, and keep public chat off. Me and my friend had a short chat about the eerieness of sitting down in RuneScape, and it was more fun then thieving 1k cakes.

 

 

 

Everywhere you see, Santas, Robin Hood Hats and Party hats are being sold just so people can do construction. Crazy? I think not. I would rather have some planks then some robin hood hats right now. You know why? I'd rather sit and talk with my friends then go around, shooting a blue dragon.

 

 

 

Don't get me wrong, combat is fun, but construction is more.

Anyway, why are so many people complaining? You knew construction wouldn't be perfect. What would whining to somebody you are thieving furs with help "stop the gold from leaving the game"

Well, I'm angry because I just wasted 600k+ and I'm not even able to make a banner easel. But then again...it was my fault. I needed more self control. But now I'm begginning to realize the huge drop in prices, every moron is selling their most precious and most expsensive items for way lower than their really worth. Its a great time for buyers...whips just keep boucning around, find the right desperate person-and BOOM, whip for 2mil or even lower. Too bad I wasted all my cash on construction, it is a fun skill. But still and expsensive one. And it may never change.. :twisted:

I cant tell you how many full sets of rune I see in regular shops where people are selling them.A few days ago a friend said they got Dragon legs in a regular shop for 200 some k.I enjoy construction,but the prices of the supplies adds up fast.You have to pay to turn your logs into planks and you must pay for cloth.I wish we could fletch our own planks and make our own cloth and bag our own trees and plants.Plus if you delete a room or remove an item you should atleast get the raw materials back.dont you think? And the magic stone is 925 k per????? Id just like to see a preview or undo button.That would be really nice.Because some improvements dont look much better.And to redo you loose the old supplies.And not sure how many know it but you can only have 20 rooms.So that will lead to deleting whole rooms too.So alot of fore thought needs to go into building.Well I need to run.Good luck all and happy house building.

Yeah, It's a HUGE money drainer. But it's better than having some hat, I agree.

 

 

 

I still think Carpentry is a way better name than Construction.
