No. You will have to buy a new laptop with a better video card. It would help if we knew what card you were running, it may be other things that aren't able to run the more demanding games. Possibly your ram, or processor.

Vista isn't that bad. =P~ I'll echo skatedog Never said it was bad, there's no doubt it's a good OS. But, in my opinion it's nothing that's worth the resources it uses.
