How do I make the size some smaller? Because they are like 10kb over sized!

What format are you saving in, and how are you saving it?

use "save for web" then pick either gif, or jpeg

yep but if its still too big try setting the quality of the jpg down a notch

save as a jpg and there is a little bar that changes size

also sometimes i recommand saving some sigs as gifs, for some reason you can get them under the limit easier, with it looking much better the Jpg (but thats if jpg is obviously looking bad when you try to get it under limit).
