At level 55 construction you cn make an Armour stand that can repair rusty swords and damaged armour... My question is do I need level 55 construction or can I use someone elses workshop to repair swords and armour? Because I really don't wanna get level 55 armour. :|

If you can get into someone elses house, I'm pretty sure you can fix your stuff in other peoples workshops.
