Well, I've finally decided to train up my Runecrafting from 23, I need to know the fastest way to gain levels without using runners.

Either craft body talismans into body tiaras, or make body or earth runes.

I think making airs is one of the best ways for two reasons.

 

1. The air altar isnt very far from a bank (east falador bank).

 

2. It can be quite profitable depending on your rc level.

 

Minds might be a good way if you also want to raise your magic level. But probably bodies would be the fastest.

Actually, air crafting is the quickest way. Due to the location of the altar you get more experience per. hour ;)
