25k - 35k (some people sell high, some lower), most common price to buy/sell at is 30k though

I've 2 solutions for you:

 

 

 

1: Go to world1 (go to Varrock if you're a member and are not in the F2P land) and buy it there

 

2: Kill Fire Giants (Trust me, you have to kill 500 at max to get a rune scimitar)

 

 

 

Which solution would you perfer?

 

 

 

Anyway, it's 25K-35K most often less than 30K.
