June 7, 200620 yr Well, everyone's really excited about the brand new skill construction, allowing you to build POHs. Construction, is a very expensive skill because of planks, new room additions and other materials if you don't make them on your own. People have spent millions on this skill with no return of cash that other skills can provide. There is the option of flatware, but the amount of sales that this provides is minimal and not helpful. Also, i like my house very much. However i've wanted to try different styles and layouts but don't want to delete everything. So here are some suggestions -Being able to build up to 3 houses (lvl 30 to build 2nd, lvl 50 to build 3rd) If you have 2+ houses in the same area, and you want to go to one of them, there would be an option saying "House Number 1, 2 or 3" depending on which one you build first. -When you first buy a house, you aquire a deed to the house and the real estate agent would say "Here's the deed to your house, now keep it safe. You can sell your house to another player with this. but once you do, you don't have the option of going back unless it is a friend's house." "To see how much your house is worth, just simply talk to an appriasal agent in lumbridge (explained later)" So obviously, you get a deed, and you can sell it to other players, therefore selling your house. All people who didn't have this at the start, talk to the agent in varrock to get your deed. -Appraisal Agent: To avoid disputes about the price of a house, talk to this man in lumbridge to see a estimate of how much your house is worth. To make sure people don't lie about this, you must have your deed in your inventory when doing this, and the amount it was appraised for is written. "first appraised for: x" then it would go to second, third etc, etc. When putting it up in a trade, examining it would say the last assesment that was made. The amount the house is appraised for would be determined by the furniture and other things in it, and the cost of the materials along with the cost of each room +1000gp per room. This is not the definite price and people don't have to use it, just a guideline. Post if you see any crucial flaws and want to offer constructive criticism or support. I do have a problem with how you look at the appraisal rate just by examining it but i don't knwo another way so if u can think of something, that's also helpful. Click for mah Blog!- I'm not sure why you would though because i never update it Achieved 99 Thieving 3/10/07-992nd to it
