c3po711
well i may have misunderstood it but i thought i'd better make sure anyway. on a update recently it said that if people buy ess or "botted" items like ess or yews the account who buys the botted objects from a bank even could be banned. im not sure if this is true but is it? i've been taking precautions not trading the bald dude with green top and pants with the gotee. as i'm making 250k airs at the moment (you may have seen my previous post on getting 75 mage now its going to 80+ :D seeing as i found a system of fast runes.) so im making airs selling buying ess etc and buying a fair bit of ess just saying buying all ess 15 ea. checking to make sure no botters but i don't want to have to discriminate. any help appreciated ~ c3po711
ValaraZ
As i understood it is like this: The botters use to make alot of money in rs by getting yews and ess. then they sold the runescape gold in ebay and those that bought the rs gold in ebay with real world money can and will be banned. I doubt that it can apply to players who buy items in-game because we can never be sure if the material we buy from a player is botted or not. there are some merchanters who make their living by this, well use to make anyway. Still i wouldn't go buying those items from bot characters, just for the sake of moral and honesty. Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant: "If I live, I will kill you, If I Die, you are forgiven." Such is the Rule of Honor. TechHead7890
Yes they will be banned using jagex's track the Real money goods thing. They will be banned. You should try to talk to them- if they don't reply they are proably macro operated. Botting = rule 7? break = macroing.

Seeing as he didn't ask if macroers get banned. Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. pokemama
If you are paying regular prices for ess and selling for regular prices, I doubt anyone can fault you. If you were paying 10 M for 100 ess or selling 100 airs for 10 M, I think somebody would notice. :) it's a lot easier to get over yourself when you look at intelligence the same way you look at beauty, or height, or eye color: being smart is easy, but being good is hard ... being smart is handed to you, being good is handed to *nobody*.
