I suggest a sticky for a Background check forum that clan leaders can use to check on new members, find out what clans they've laready been in, and if they've been cooperative in the past or if they were kicked out because they were rebellious. I have it posted in the Clan Recruitment area with more reasons.

We already have RuneHead to check for multi-clanners.

 

A sticky in Clan Recruitment would be too difficult to manage and would become cluttered.

 

 

 

I agree that some changes need to be made to the way the Clan section is run on Tip.It, but this idea is impractical.
