Simply put, if you started out on f2p, what should you have before you go ahead and sign up for the full version of Runescape? What skills, what quests should you have done, are there certain items that you should have stockpiled, how much cash should you have, etc.?

well i did all non members quests and i was about lvl 56 combat ( i did that in a month ) but i would recommend building the boring skills like mining and craft and all other f2p skills b4 you begin to pay for the pleasure

 

 

 

i have spent the last 3 month leveling up all other skills and trying to stay below 80 combat ( im 78 now )

Genrally heres what you should have before moving:

 

About 33 smithing (Full iron-49 is better, but not required)

 

About 30 mining

 

20 crafting (For elemental sheild quest)

 

Decent woodcutting (for con)

 

Combat lv 50+

 

Or 60 in mage or range

 

All FtP quests done

 

About 50-100k

 

A decent wep and armor

 

 

 

Note that these are only really required if you are only joining for a short amount of time-if you are joining for onwards of a year, dont worry, because it is much easier to raise skills in members.

I remember some of my preparation for members. I got str, def, atk, and hp up to 70 at least. Prayer up to 52. I accumulated over 3mil in cash. I got 60 mage. Lvl 84 woodcutting was a by-product of getting over 3mil cash. Got 44 runecrafting. I managed to get to 53 crafting, but stopped because that got boring. I think I had 50 smithing at the time. That was a by-product of mining my own silver ore to make tiaras. I only got 35 on purpose. I got 65 fishing and 53 cooking. 53 cooking on purpose. I actually got higher but that was another byproduct. And I did all the f2p quests. I then associated myself with a map of the member's world and the quests I should do as soon as possible after becoming a member.
