you need photoshop and image ready (both cost like $200-$600 :shock:

you dont need any big programs

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

just use paint draw a picture

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

cut it out

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

goto flash and paste it and do all the animation

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

flash is free for 30 days, its the trial version once it runs out
