When you post it into your image program, go down to the bottom right and drag in the little box connected to the flashing lines inwards.

PNG... or GIF, depends on what quality you want.

Hmm... I thought he meant pixel by pixel size... Since not many screenshots need sizing down file-wise. Meh.
