June 12, 200620 yr It teleports you to canifis pub you need 2 bloods and 2 laws i think, and for the portal 200 bloods and 200 laws. This portal is good for barrows along with the alter in your house. just tele to house, recharge prayer and tele to canifis to repeat RSN: Badassboy123, not runeboy.
