I am not sure if you have to do his quest and mini quest first to mine there or not, and not sure what level it needs sorry. Then use a Chisel on it (6.5 crafting xp I believe) to make it into a Limestone brick suitable for Construction. It's located on the road east of Varrock, east of the Earth altar (there's a member gate in the fence). Follow the curvy road. The mine is on the north side. If you get all the way to the Priest in Peril temple, you've gone too far. it's a lot easier to get over yourself when you look at intelligence the same way you look at beauty, or height, or eye color: being smart is easy, but being good is hard ... being smart is handed to you, being good is handed to *nobody*.
