I have 5 defence, 40 attack and 50 strength.

 

I'm making a pker, what is a good monster to train on?

u should probly go to edgeville and train on hill giants if u wanna get good prayer or if u want higher lv monsters try lv42 hobgoblins in the same place

You could also try training on the dark wizards south of varrock, they drop a lot of runes that you could either sell or use to train your magic.

many people your lvl train at alkarid warriors, since you have low defense, they dont hit much and they have 20 hp.
