yota_mage Posted June 18, 2006 Share Posted June 18, 2006 ive recently turned f2p after being members, and find that u cant deposit anything in bank! i knew u obviously cant use members stuff in p2p, but i mean, cant u even use the bank space they ocupy??? :( that means even if u withraw a free item, u cant put it back in due to lack of space! that means everything p2p u withraw, u have to sell, and any f2p stuff u take out, u have to keep it in ur inventory or sell! :? unfortunately, i didnt know this, and happened to take out my full rune. but i cant deposit it, so i have to equip it, thus having to take off my d-long and full initiate. thats 120k down the drain, i cant take out anything, whether its picaxe for mining, or armour for training. the worst is for runecrafting, where i only have pure ess, and any rune ess i mine i cant even put it into bank!!! what can i do :?: :?: :?: :!: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

pokemama Posted June 18, 2006 Share Posted June 18, 2006 man that stinks. yeah, there's a guide on the forums http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=385861 about preparing to go f2p from p2p and how to erm, "work within" that bank limitation. It hinges around having multiples of the items you want to use while f2P, and being aware that yeah, you can't put anything in the bank that doesn't already have a slot. So the duplicates serve as placeholders. The author admitted that he accidentally withdrew ALL of his cash one day, losing that slot, so for the rest of his F2P time had to have a friend hold his money, lol. Erm just for the record your d long wasn't doing you any good on f2P anyways - if you attack something you are using your hands and feet. I know, I've tried it, heh. So in order to use what's left, buy a duplicate pick, and duplicate anything else that you still have a slot for, so that when you withdraw one you don't lose the slot.
