June 18, 200620 yr Nope, you can start most p2p quests, even if you haven't done any f2p ones at all. No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.
June 18, 200620 yr Nah, I still haven't done Prince Ali's Rescue and I can still do members quests. However, you can't do Heros quest without having done Shield of Arrav, I don't think.
June 18, 200620 yr any quest you want to do regardless of pay or free only needs the prereq quests listed. When you try and start the quest the game will tell you or just look them up on tip it's main page. A good example would be the entire morytania area east of varrock... to even acess the member quest priest in peril (alows passage into the east) one much have done the free quest restless ghost.
