June 21, 200620 yr No... This rule generally applies for Pixels, as they take time, effort, and a lot of skill. Abstracts/grunge/techs etc aren't as hard to do, and people are usually more willing to give them away. I'd do him one right now, but I'm in the middle of making myself a new one at the moment. >_<
