When i pressed 'follow' and he done it, i got dragged so fast it was cool. He just reads a scroll and goes. How does he do it? I asked but he charged 50k for me to know. But it looks like a bug to me... Ok, he stood somewhere, pulled out a scroll. Read for about a second then teleported to the other side of the river in Varrok Sewers. If you pressed follow he dragged you so fast. What happens is the person reads from a book and they warp (move very fast) to their chosen destination (it can't be too far away). The person I know usually does it and warps around in an egg.
