hero's is to wield d mace and dbaxe, to wield a long you need to do The Lost City, and for a scimmy you need to do monkey madness(hardest quest ever!)

Monkey Madness isn't that hard...I did it in under an hour at lvl 52, 1 pray, and 20 def...just run to the walls behind the gnomes, then when the demons low hp run out and kill him :P

I didn't actually have much trouble with the demon, I cannoned him, it was all the stuff beforehand. I should have said it's the hardest quest ever if you don't know what you're doing, I had the help of some quest guides(a little shoddy and annoying though), and some people who'd done it already. I'd say ask some friends who've done it about it, if you do decide to that is. I'd recommend if you do decide to do it and use a guide, to use runehq's, it wipes the floor with tip.it's.
