No. As long as you don't take anything off or put anything down (drop it), when you die you will end up outside the house with all of your possessions.

 

 

 

Try not to get poisoned if you duel someone, though - there was an ugly scam running with that. People were getting "kicked" out of the house with low xp when they'd just gotten poisoned, and once outside they COULD die and lose all of their stuff (except the usual 3 items).

 

 

 

A lot of people recommend just not taking more than 3 items to anyone's house, so that you don't risk losing stuff. It's good advice.
