Heard it lowers the attacked defence by 51. 2. Heard it lowers what ever you hit... But does that mean if u hit 10, 10, 10 ... it lowers 30? or is it just one time deal. 3.Does it lower it 51 by only the special..... and no special it lowers it by what u hit? 4. Is this the same concept with the bone dagger? I don't know about the other stuff you're talking about but Runescape Knowledge Database says it lowers by what you hit, which is like the Seercull and its ability to lower mage.
