What is the best weapon to train strength with? One that gives fast strength xp? Whip is just awfully slow. I have full Dharoks, and the dragon weapons.

I'd give it to Dhoraks or a drag scimmy.

definitely the drag scimmy, the best. if you don't have or can't weild drag baxe

You could get some pretty decent exp with the dharoks. Here is a list that gives pros and cons on a couple of monsters

dragon scimmys probably your best choice.

drag scimmy all the way, id be no where without the fast trainin of scimmies

D scimmy works good for me, or guthans, slower but can camp.

Hmm, i guess ill take Dharoks when i get some Dharokable tasks, and scimmy for everything else. I don't like the b axe, for one damage less scimmy is faster. I use super pots and i dont use baxe spec.
