also when 2 people follow each other and you end up "dancing", it's not exactly some fancy ballroom thing but it's fun and i don't think it was intended when the game was made that people would use the follow option to dance, but everyone does it. also when you want to face away from a wall and it's impossible to click around the map to do it you can just try casting a spell on someone and it says something like "you cant cast a spell on this person outside the wilderness" and then you turn around with your back to the wall. thats just 2 things no one really thinks or cares about but everyone does and it's fun and usefull, and i'm pretty sure its "emergent gameplay".

you realise organisation is spelt wrong dont you?...in the pic? and btw its is virtually impossible to merchant on f2p even if your pretty experienced at f2p merchanting, so it'd be a bit hard to put much f2p stuff in even if you had more f2p experience.

did you get guthans jesse? you said something bout not being able to wait to get it in your merchanting guide thread... well if you have, congrats! as for me, i dont have the money , and i dont think i have the def lvl yet.... i do have a whip though, but that has no place in this topic :cry: i suppose it depends on what your fighting with it, i mean, you might wanna use b2p on say...a lvl 90's monster which will only hit you for a couple, but if you wanted to train slayer or fighting for big drops then it's going to hit you hard and you'll need guthuns, this is probably pretty obvious though. personally i'd go guthuns becuase you can regain the money selling it, or if you dont then you still have 9m worth of armour , b2p would just keep eating away more and more money.depends how much the extra mage xp means to you. also you could just keep on fighting for ages on high hitting monsters with guthuns and its good for the fight caves, and b2p isnt going to get you anywhere in the fight caves lol.

If two people with identical stats, wearing full Rune, wielding different weapons with different attack capabilities, one being crush and the other being slash, I think it'd make a difference, don't you? depends what your fighting or what type of armour they are wearing. most people with enough money have way more than 1 weapon for this reason, each weapon has its strengths and weaknesses. i think everyone would agree the whip is a fantastic all-round weapon though. i mean, if you were fighting a ranged thing you might want a slash, fighting a melee monster i dunno pretty much anything depending on what you know its weak against , or there is crush for plate armour, stab for chain.. and as for mage you would use ranged against it. I'm saying what if they are wearing the standard Rune armor, being Rune platebody. then you would go for the d halberd or b axe if you didnt care about it bieng slow, but the whip is literrally like 4 times faster so with 4 times the hits at just below the damage, you can see how the whip owns

yeah true but how often would you use it anyway? i wouldnt get a weaker, slower weapon just becuase he special was a bit better. and if you take into account that the whip only drains 50% , and that the d scimmy drains 55%, meaning you still have to wait i dunno how many minutes just to use it again even though you really only need another 5%, for whats a pretty pointless special anyway, then the whip has a pretty good special. the whip is faster than the scimmy aswell and it doesnt matter what you think about it's special, the whip still owns.

i am the proud owner of "the best weapon in the game" if you can call it that... but i dont really think anyone could say there was one best weapon in the game, not everyone uses their weapon in the same way for the same reason against the same enemy, i havnt tried any barrows stuff but i'm sure if you can afford to keep repairing it then it would be the best, well some of it anyway... the whip would probably be the best melee weapon besides a barrows one with it's full set. the only real problem is that you cant train strength directly, but you can just put it in attack or defence at pc and then use points on strength anyway..and the whip gets me 3 times the veal at pc than my d scimmy. in other words ... :twisted: :twisted: !!!!!WHIP OWNAGE FTW!!!!! :twisted: :twisted:
