June 25, 200620 yr They're free. After you've started the Dragon Slayer quest speak to the Duke of Lumbridge Castle. And for the metal dragons you must also need antidragon potions. Just a word of advice.
June 25, 200620 yr you can get as many as you want. but when you get another one, your other shields must be dropped or in bank note form. Retired from runescape. I will be on every now and then though. :)
