One day Josh was on his computer and started playing runescape as usual. His account name was called arr0wd0dger. He was a very powerful mage, but he never made any money besides by pking in the wilderness. So Josh decided to train his skills. He thought he'd try his skill at fishing, but he soon became bored. Then he started woodcutting, he again got bored. He became furstrated and started runecrafting, fletching, he even tried getting 85 slayer but it was no use. He had to admit Runescape was too hard for him, so he decided to go pking in the wilderness, on his way there he bumped into a lvl 124 with full dragon and a abbysal whip. As he bumped into the lvl 124 the blue hat which was on the lvl 124 fell down. Arr0wd0dger picked it up and handed it to the 124. The level 124 called Josh a noob and snatched the hat from him. Josh asked whats the matter with you? Do you even know how much this hat is worth asked the level 124. Arr0wd0dger shrugged. ~More continued later~ :D

Your title name is sorta misleading- if you know a bit of runescape history. There was a way you could duplicate party hats, it was a bug a couple of years ago, and you could create non-stackable items using a cheat (macro) called AutoRune, created by Kaitneks. The way it worked was you would tell the program to put up "0" of an object, and your side of the trade would think you put up nothing, while the person you were trading with thought you put up one. Eventually the bug was fixed. The people who created the bug targeted party hats, becasue they thought they were way over-priced. Purple/Pink party hats used to be the rarest, but because of this, it has the least value of the six party hats. :D

Kiss my axe.
