I think Hendrix is great, he had a slightly different style of music back then, but that really doesn't say why I like it. I think it just sounds cool I guess. The only bad part was how much he did drugs. Like cutting his forehead so the bandana laced with LSD could sink it. :shame:

 

 

 

It's impossible to overestimate his talent. He even managed to make a Dylan song better (All along the Watchtower), which is a feat in itself.

 

 

 

Dude, I heard that song in the Almost Round Three vid (skateboarding) for Greg Lutzka's part. I had no idea it was a Dylan song before that. I'll have to check it out, since that song is so killer. Great to skate with.

He much likely wouldn't have been the same without the drugs.
