Making Bowstrings

Featured Replies

I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but I just want a few more opinions tossed out for my brain to chew on.

What's the fastest way to make bowstrings? Currently the Gnome Stronghold seems faster to me, since it's bank-flax-wheel all pretty much on the same screen together.

I'm not 100% sure about htis, but I'd say pick flax in Gnome Stronghold or Seer's (quite similar to me), and string it in Lumbridge if you have done Recipe for Disaster.

I'm probably the only person who hasnt't done RfD yet. Oh well, I think it be best to do it all in one shot like Gnomes. I just don't think there's a bank closer to flax than that. The seer's/flax field seems like to much a walk to be as profitable.

You don't even have to start the quest to use the wheels.

Anyway, Gnome Stronghold is good choice, it is the fastest way to make bows. Maple is the only type of bow you can't make there.
