June 27, 200620 yr I remember in RS1 - People said that if you wore the chef hat / apron, You wouldnt burn food as much. Never knew if that was true or maybe it was just a rumour? Not sure if thats still true nowadays or not.

June 27, 200620 yr Neither of them helps cooking in any way. Just for looks. If you didn't know this already, cooking on a range means you burn less though. And of course if you are P2P get cooking gaunts. 89/99 farming

June 27, 200620 yr Chef's hat is required for the Chef's guild (level 32 cooking) - though if you only ever cook fish, the guild has nothing to offer.
