I'd say you can't do Barrows. At least 43 prayer and 50 range. 70 range is preferrable. You're gonna need a lot of prayer pots.

 

 

 

How many steel bars will you need for 5k cannonballs? Well, you get 4 balls for every bar so you figure that one out.

 

 

 

Easiest way to get ranged up is to range stuff. Use the best bow you can use and iron arrows. Or bronze arrows.

 

 

 

Thieving? I guess you could go steal from silk stands. Then switch over to Master Farmers and/or Guards when you can.
