No hp melee training

Featured Replies

I heard there was a way to train melee without getting hp xp, aside from pest control or genie lamps, an actual way to train. I heard it has sumthing to do with using wine and maybe dummy's. So what is it?

Dummy's in varrock, can be used to train hp-less untill level 10. They are near the east bank.

i mathatmas pure did get 40att form doing lots of quests in member at 10 hp and that got hm tot 39 then he used 2 genie lamp and could wield rune wapons at 10 hp

The dummy thing is to train to level 10, then drink wine to lower your attack, then train more and so on. it takes alot of wine and a lot of time though :)
