First of all, save as something else, not being JPEG

mmm time for some C/C....

-Work on the anatomy of the characters, it is very off and missing obvious htings such as a neck, here is a picture of proper male anatomy....erm....Da Vinci ftw...

this is a very nice peice of male anatomy to work with

-I like the fact that you at least attempted to shade, but work on it, look at pictures and cloath and see how the light falls on it, try and sue that to improve

-Give you heads more shape, less circles and more, head shaped..like this...

-Work on proportions, the sword and sheild on the guy in mystic should be bigger if they are meant to do damage

-The hands could sue some work, wrap your ahnd around a broom stick and study how it looks, then tyr and mimic that while drawing. Use multiple poses to get a wide varitey. If nesscecary, while drawing, put your hand in a pose to use as a reference.

-Work on the face features themselves, use the example i agve you earlier as arefereance, look at your face in the mirror while doing different "faces" and mimic how the eys, mouth and cheeks change.

-Practice sketching and poses before trying to pixle it, for me pixling is much harder than sketching with a pencil, once you can master sketching, you can then have a good basis to start pixiling.

There is nothitng else I have to say except, practice practice and practice, that is how everyone improves.
