firefox and rs music help

Featured Replies

since i got firefox, i can't hear the music. i can hear the effects, but not the music or rs theme. my friend also has firefox and on his computer he can hear music... how to solve this?

To start, go to your Control Panel and double check the Advanced tab of your Internet Settings.

Make sure that "Play sounds in web pages" is checked.

See if that does the trick.

1. i don't see that option

2. if this helps, i can hear it on internet explorer

Sounds like a problem with your MIDI player. I'm unsure about why ti would work in IE and not in Firefox though.

The only thing I can think of is to make sure you have the latest version of Sun Java.

Also making sure you have the latest windows updates and the latest version of Firefox is always a good idea.

i thought i read that jagex fixed this bug?
