Are there foreign Runescape Moderators?

Sometimes I see people violating and doing other stuff they cant do,

 

 

 

In Dutch.

 

 

 

So now is my question:

 

 

 

Can I report someone for what he said in another language, without the risk of beeing banned myself, because of reporting someone for no reason (maybe in their eyes.)

More than likely they will Try and determine if hes a violator.

on their corporate website, they are hiring poeple of other nationalities, or at least speakers of those languages, so i think that you'll be fine (if you arent sure, just type(without pressing return) that they are rule breaking in dutch)
