everytime a press ctrl-U for hue and saturation its not working its really pssing me off...and i cant find were hue and saturation is

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

edit: yea i just had to change the color mode it was on frayscale so i changed it to grb

Do you mean..."hue and saturation" and there is a tick box for "colorize"?

Long time since I used Photoshop (got GIMP and never looked back), but I believe it is in the edit menu, in a section that has lots of options. Sorry I can't be more exact, but I'm sure you'll be able to find it.
