June 28, 200620 yr I would only suggest sinister key if you have highish agility or high theiving and plenty of time on you hands to waste. It takes ages for him to respawn and he doesnt drop the key very often. Easiest to grow them I go to aberant specters for my supply, apart from chaos druids, slayer monsters seem to drop them more often than others.
