People can be noobs no matter what level they are. I hear all the time about how it takes so and so 6 months to reach level 80...so just cause someone has a high level or has been playing for a long time doesn't mean they're not noobs.

 

 

 

I used to always lose in those multiplayer checker game things Jagex used to have... :-s

XXXX says I'm a noob. And then keeled me with his troop of lvl 100 CW buddies.
