How to charge a crystal bow..

This might be a dumb question but.. how do I charge my crystal seeds ?

 

I don't really wanna end up buying a new c bow so..

 

I know Islwyn sells c bows when you talk to him so it can't be that, but what am I supposed to do then ?

 

I tried talking to Eluned and using my dead seed on both of them..

there are 'crystal bow rechargers' near the exit from underground pass. They will recharge your crystal bow for a fee:

 

 

 

 

 

1st time: 900K

 

2nd time: 750K

 

3rd time: 540K

 

4th time: 360K

 

5th time: 180K

 

 

 

and every time after the 5th time is 180K and doesn't go any lower
