i was woodcutting and a very rude birds nest decided to hit me on the head as it fell from the tree, i picked up the offending nest and promply decided to rob it and then grind it up for use in potions (being the vengeful person i am)

 

 

 

but when i robed it i recived a blue bird egg, what is this item for? if i keep it for long enough will it hatch? is there any point to it?

It is believed to be needed for a future update. Just keep it for the time being.

yea i got 2 and ppl said to keep it it might be worth something in the future although i doubt jagex will make it tradeable like everything else..
