the new update in runescape "stonghold of security" they mention a new weapon, the skull sceptre, but they only say that you must make it by using monster drops with each other, how many pieces are there? what monsters must you kill to get them?

 

 

 

i managed to get a skull right half from a minotour on the first lvl, the level 12 variant

 

 

 

anyone know what lese i must kill?
