July 4, 200620 yr Well your only option would be high alchemy. Runes are costly, and gaining that amount of levels will be very costly if you choose not to use pest control or high alch.

July 5, 200619 yr Fletch your own yew longs or magic longs and alch them. You get exp in both fields, it's free, but very long. 2480+ total
July 5, 200619 yr pc is the only free way, 300k will get you about 55k exp, mage is very expensive to train
