July 6, 200619 yr no, you can't w/o quest. they catch you alot, and the guards will follow you for ages if you steal from a stall. they are frankly awful exp, but they are often deserted, so no-one will kill your steal Back by popular demand!And I guess I just wanted to tell you, as the light starts to fade, that you aree the reason, that I am not afraid, and I guess I just wanted to mention, as the heavens will fall, that we will be together soon if we will be anything at all.

July 6, 200619 yr yes, and do recruitment drive, and choose the fally respawn at the end. bring no items and theive from the ones by north gate. when you get to 1 or 2 hp, drop all of you r coins and steal. if you dont die, pick up coins and drop again, repeat until you die, then quickly run back to north gate for your money. that is the best way of stealing IMO, and you keep your cash Back by popular demand!And I guess I just wanted to tell you, as the light starts to fade, that you aree the reason, that I am not afraid, and I guess I just wanted to mention, as the heavens will fall, that we will be together soon if we will be anything at all.
