Ive got this item in one of my old free accounts that I didnt know was still alive. (It had been 366 days since my last login it said...-_-*). Anyway, if someone could tell me what it is that would be fantabulastical.

theres the problem. Its on my free account, and every time I examine it it just says log onto a members world to use this item. I could just pay five dollars and make it a members account for like five seconds but that seems like such a waste, and thats what Im trying to avoid.
