HatshepsutLecter Posted July 8, 2006 Share Posted July 8, 2006 i had this problem when i was doing the quest too. the guide says that there is a second spot that the elves can show up in. all you have to do is go back and forth between the two spots that they can be in and you are bound to come across them eventually. i usually find them within two back and forths.
