Bah! I did not need to know this. This is only going to add to the growing mound of pressure to get my Runescape membership back even though I don't really have the time to play all that much anymore. :evil:

According to the help guide for the runecrafting guild I should be able to buy pouches from one of the wizards at the guild if I have owned it before but I swear I have just spent the last half an hour trying to figure out how to do this but when I talk to him I only the the option to ask him why he is so jumpy. I have no idea what I am doing and it is starting to drive me crazy. Does anyone in here know how I can get the option for this guy to sell me a large pouch? Please, please, please help. :cry:

I say that I am a skiller of sorts and I don't hate pkers at all. I just don't see the point and don't partake. I would rather raise my skills that bash another players head in. Hats of to pkers though. It is hard to be good at that.

There is always going to be people like that in all of the games in here. They way to go to the game but they don't want to do any actual work in said game. It has been happening in cwars forever. If it is really bugging you that much, play with your friends. You are much more likely to run into this problem with random people than you are with your buddies. And trust me. You don't want Jagex to try to fix it themselves. Remember the chaos when they added the hit requirement to Pest Control?

There are plenty of trees for the people that actually want to cut them. I think the most people I have seen in any one spot is 10. Think about it. Is there ever going to be a world where all 2000 people in the world want to do the same thing at the exact same time? If this really makes you that angry, then you should do as already suggested and get the levels to grow your own trees. Then you will have one all to yourself and you wont have to worry about other people competing with you for logs. \

First of all, teddy bears are not stupid. :P And second, I can understand what you say about the game. I think most of the people that I go against in the game are around lvl 50ish. A lot of people that are lower than that just don't play just for the reason that most of the rewards that are in there are geared toward people that are likely to have a higher combat lvl. Plus if you are a lvl 30 and most of the lvls that are going to that game are 80+ are you really going to want to play? Maybe the next time they update it they will add more stuff for all of the lower lvl players that might be interested in playing so that more of them will head there and it will be easier for them to play.

So wait, are you mad at your bad luck or mad at the other person's good luck? If it is the first, I am sorry that you aren't having that much luck there but keep trying and you should get a good drop in no time. Hopefully. If it is the second, seriously, get a life. It is just a game. Take it a little less seriously. How about congratulating a fellow player on getting something good instead of bashing on him for his luck?

The one thing that I hate about them putting this months in advance is that if you don't get the thing that you want out of it then you have all of that extra time to stew about what might have been. At least when we don't have the polls then we don't know about the other things that were scrapped before they decided on what they used and people don't have a chance to be mad about missing it.

I always repair any gravestones that I see a couple of times in order to give the person a chance to come back and get their stuff. I know how much it hurts to lose all of your stuffs when your gravestone collapses. I died in deep wildy not too long ago and I lost all of the stuff in it because none of the people that were around it were willing to bless it apparently. :(

I am really hoping that this is going to be a sequel to the penguin quest. I want to know what they are planning on doing with that giant penguin suit that they are making down there. But it would be equally cool if it was another quest in the Drakken series. I would love to get into that castle. Or maybe another quest in in the elf series! Now that would just be awesome. I really want to see what it is like inside that city of theirs.

You don't buy when prices are going up. You buy when they have been down for a while so that when it goes up again you can sell for a profit. :P

All those people are doing is rationalizing greed and laziness. If you want it hard enough you can come up with reasons for practically anything, even if it is immoral and/or illegal. The people that use that arguement are the ones that were going to buy gold anyway and they are just looking for a good sounding reason for why they are doing it. I think buying gold takes all of the enjoyment out of the game. The things that I have been the most happy about in all of the time I have played the game are not the things that have been given to me by friends. They are the things that I have had to work a long time to get. If it takes a long time to save for something or a long time to train to get then I am going to enjoy it more than if it had just been plopped in my lap for nothing.

You know that there are several online programs that can help you to learn how to type without looking at the keys right? I think you will find that if you spend a little time on that everyday that your typing speed will go way up and you will be able to avoid the problem that you have with the screen poping up while typing. Take it from me, learning to type without looking is one of the most important skills you can have in the workplace these days anyway so now is as good a time to learn as any. :

I think it would basically take the game no longer existing. I really love the game and there are so many things to do on there that I can always find something when I have the time. And I am not one of the people that are bothered by all of the new updates to the skills that have been happening recently. I happen to like almost all of them. Unless they do something that would really completely ruin the game for me I think I am going to be on as long as it is on the web.

When I first got members I tried to do all of the member quests as quickly as I could. I think my record for quests in one day is 6. Don't remember which ones though.

Is there any way to get you to post that in actual English?

i happen to think that the new animation is beautiful. it is much more realistic. if you have a whip (or something whiplike) in real life what are you going to do while you are running with it: let it flap around so that it can possibly hit you or curl it up in your fist so that you have control of it at all times? I am happy that they finally changed the animation so that it will finally reflect what would actually happen with it. now they just have to fix the animation of what it does when you cross monkeybars while holding it. there is no way it would stick up in the air like it does right now. :P

i would have to say that about 99% of the time when people say that in a thread they are saying it because the person that wrote the rant is writing about something silly that should not be ranted about or something that has been ranted about 2 thousand times before. i am sorry, but if you come on here and complain about how x skill is underpowered, or about how you died when you were away from the computer doing something, or about how the mean people in the lesser demon dungeon are stealing your precious arrows, that is going to be my exact response.

i am willing to bet that it is the last line of that conversation that got you in trouble. there are a lot of people in the game who take a very strict view of the first rule and that would fall into the line of offensive conversation for a lot of people that i know in the game (including me). that said, i don't think that this is worth being muted for a day. maybe a warning and a black mark but being muted is going a little far for this situation.

congrats!!!! it seems to me that the first million or so is always the hardest to make. here's to hoping that it is a lot easier to make anything after this. :D
