Let me start out my story by saying that I am currently being forced to play as a free player. My mother pays for my membership as a way to reward me for babysitting and something went wrong with her credit card, ending my membership. I am going to be getting it back in three days. Had to say it so I could tell you what just happened to me on f2p. I have been killing lesser demons in Kajarma for quite some time now, it being almost the only thing I can do right now. I was hanging out with one of my friends talking about how much I wanted to be on members when this guy strarts up one of the strangest conversations I have ever had in my life. I will paraphrase it below because I did not think to make screenies of it. #-o xxx: Why don't you just get on your other account? Me: Because I don't have another account.... xxx: I mean, why don't you get on your other member account? Me: This is my member account. I just don't have members atm. xxx: No, I mean the one that you forgot about? Me: -thinking wtf- I don't have any I have forgotten about..... xxx: Well, I can remind you. Me: Huh? I don't have any. And how could you remind me? xxx: Just pm me and I will remind you. Me: Whatever.... About 3 or 4 minutes passed and I still had no idea what the heck this guy was talking about. And then it hit me. Wait, he wants to "remind" me about an account that I forgot about so I can get on members. Why does this sound fishy.... Omg he wants to give me an account name and password so that I can get on someone elses account on members! Hit me like a load of bricks. I politely said to the guy that I did not need to be reminded and he said ok but if I changed my mind to talk to him. Sounded too fishy for me too take him up on the offer.... Told some of my friends about it and they told me to report him for it but I told them he had stayed just vague enough so that I didn't have anything to report him for. That may have been the strangest conversation ever on Runescape. Funnier than that story was when my friend told this guy that he was playing on his fathers old account the guy flipped out on him about account sharing. When my friend reminded the guy about his "reminding" about my old member account the guy laughed and said he took great pains to be vague enough that he could not get reported for sharing. :P

Nice job on finding that. I have been through there a good ten or so times and I never noticed this. Probably because I was speeding through it and trying to get to the main game as fast as I possibly could. :P

My tinderbox. This was before I had discovered the joy that is the general store. I think I made three accounts before I made the main that I use now. All of them got dumped because I died, lost my tinderbox and the rest of my stuff, and I thought I had ruined the rest of the entire game. #-o

I love my costume room. I only have oak for now but it seriously helping with my bank space issue. The clay fireplace is good for bringing up your level when it is low and the oak kitchen table and larder are good for bringing it up when it is higher. And having your own little prayer altar is pretty sweet.

Why yes, I would. 8-) Although I am not sure if that would take my mind off of the pain or make it worse. :-k

My advice would be as follows: 1. The chickens are a little bit farther down the path past the cows. 2. The game is bigger than Lumby and the goblin area. 3. Members is worth it. Get it fast. 4. Ignore the idiots and don't get into arguements that you cannot win. 5. Not everyone that asks to borrow stuff is a scammer that is trying to take said item away. That is about it. I am pretty happy with the way that I have plaed the game up until now. I think I have been doing all of the things that I have wanted to do and I will keep on doing that. Not much I would change if I could go back

Saw a rune plate once but I didn't bother to buy it... And I bought some pretty good herb seeds from the shop by the Catherby patch once for real cheap. Don't remember which ones they were anymore though.

Hmm. I honestly don't know how many different computers I have played the game on. Most of the time I live at my college and they have a bunch of computers there for student use and I have used a lot of them to play it but I don't know exactly how many. Maybe as many as 30 or 40....

Finally getting up to 70 prayer was definately a whoot moment for me. I had been working at it for a while so I could get the Zammy crest for my house and I was super happy that I finally did. I don't get the happy feeling when I see a message from the staff in my inbox. I am always worried that this is going to be the message that is going to give my my first blackmark because of some dumb misunderstanding.

I won't be taking part in the trading but I will wish you the best of luck on your trading adventure. Hope you get that red mask eventually. 8-)

I just saw this in the theaters today and I absolutely loved it. I think that it was as good as the first one. Very good action and good the entire way through (although the way the mom dies is kind of gross). I hope that they make another sequel. They did leave it open to that after all. 28 Months Later anyone? :twisted:

I am super excited about this. I loved both of the other movies, especially the second one (but I have been told this is only because I have never played the games). I am happy that they are coming out with the sequel now. I knew that they were going to because of the ending of the second one and I can't wait to watch it. 8-)

My new favorite phrase to use in the game is "Sod off". I love mildly confusing/offending the random idiot asking me for stuff. 8-)

Hasn't really helped my typing all that much. I tend to not use the apostophe in the game because I hit the enter key by accident too many times when I try. And since they were doing that thing where only the first letter of the sentence was capitalized I don't really use any capital letters in the game. I have to put in more effort to type properly now.

I turned into a spender after construction came out. Almost all of the money that I get now goes into that thing. (My throne was so worth the marble money.)

Gave my best friend ever full rune and a scimmy after he died to the vampire in DT.

Mournings Ends 2 by far. That is the only quest that I have ever considered just not finishing. Took me a good year after I started to finally finish the maze part. Got stuck the first time I tried and quit. :P

Don't think it is ever going to happen and I don't think that it needs to happen.

I don't try to avoid them. I don't see why I should change what I have been doing just because there are a couple of unsavory types about.
