  1. I would still be able to do most of the quests on the game if there was no help sites. I don't think I would have been able to do Mournings Ends Part Two though. I had a very difficult time with that even though I was using the guides on a couple of different help sites to try and get me through it without pulling out my hair. I don't have a problem meeting people in the game so it would not really affect my friends. I don't really know a lot of people on here and most of the ones that I do know came here after I told them about it in the game. And I don't know the exact stats of most of my items now anyways. I don't see a point. :P
  2. Since you have 45 prayer it will actually be pretty easy. Just have a couple of prayer pots when you go to fight the big boss at the end and you should be fine. :)
  3. A good way to get them is to just pickpocket the master farmers. They give all of the different herb seeds and some pretty good higher level seeds too. I hear moss giants drop them if you insist on killing something to get them though.
  4. I play because it is fun and I have a lot of good friends in the game. :
  5. And you expect things in a game like Runescape to resemble real life because? Next you will be complaining about the dragons cause they aren't real.
  6. Agility will always be my favorite skill. I used to practically live at the arena in Brimhaven. :
  7. I suggested coffee a while ago and got laughed out of the suggestion area. I don't see how it is that big of a stretch.
  8. There is no way that I would get a Runescape pc game. I am perfectly happy with the graphics as they are so I don't really have a need for it. Plus I don't have my own computer so it is not like I would be able to use it. :P
  9. I personally use the Chaos Druids. Pest Control points are best used getting experience, or at least I think so. :
  10. I think that fletching is definately one of the easier skills in the game to train. It is really fast and easy if you don't mind being bored out of your gourd making thousands of bows. :P I think that the hardest skill in the game is a split between prayer and herblore. Both of them hard to do on your own and super expensive if you buy all of your training materials.
  11. I would definately wear the agility one. That is my favorite skill in the game and I think it looks pretty cool too. 8-)
  12. If you know what you are doing it can be well worth it. The rune rewards can be pretty good and there is always the chance of getting lucky and getting one of the Barrows armor pieces. 8-)
  13. The skill that I am kind of addicted to is Agility. I just love it. It can be argued that it is the most important skill in the game. I am just not training it right now because I am mad at the agility arena in Brimhaven for lagging and killing me.
  14. Of course it is possible to get that kind of money in f2p. There are a couple of ways. The fastest way might be to become a good merchanter. That would bring in the most money if you get really good at it. Or if you can't do that or refuse to do it, you could always just spend a lot of time at the raw materials that pay good and are in good demand like yews or coal and then sell those. It would take a little longer but you wouldn't have to have the same skills as a merchanter and would be a heck of a lot easier.
  15. I never had the examining stuff problem until I saw a board about this a while ago. I read the article and thought that it was weird and now I find myself doing the same thing in the game. Especially if I am at somewhere boring like the gem rocks. I have examined the spiders by there I am surprised I have not memorized the description for them already.
  16. I mostly just train whatever skill I feel like at the moment. When I get on I don't usually have any set goals about what I want to do and I just decide when I log on. Or if I am really tired of working on the skills I will go and do a couple of rounds of Pest Control with my group. If everything seems boring to me at the moment then I just hang around some random place or log off and go do something else. No point being on the game if you are just going to stand around and do nothing, or at least I think so. :P
  17. My favorite name in the game will always be Frying_Nemo.
  18. Well, the last one was the one that was just released. The last one that I did to get a full green bar was Mournings Ends Part Two.
  19. Good taste on MTV? Have you seen them lately?? And it is a video by Faithless called "Bombs". If you do a Google search for "Faithless Bombs" you will be able to find it easily.
  20. It could be some kind of rune since it is in the wizard's room. :P
  21. Not horrible but the dumbest thing I can think of right now is when I was a newbie and someone talked me into selling him my uncut diamond for 30 or 40 gp.
  22. MTV refuses to air new Faithless video. The Director Howard Greenhalgh said of Faithless' new video "I didn't see the video as particularly political, pro war, or anti war. It's actually a representation of where we are all at right now. War infects all our lives; recently it feels that this has increasingly become 'our way of life." This is the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eihN22PPO5M There is nothing graphic in it. I guess they are just disapproving of the general message. I personally think the video is amazing. It should be seen by everyone. It really makes a point. If you do watch it, do you think it should be banned? Discuss.[/b]
  23. I can play checkers and connect four in real life if I want to. When I get on the game I would rather level my skills or play an interactive mini game like Pest Control or Castle Wars. Much more fun. 8-)
  24. Omg. You have some seriously good taste in music. That is one of my favorite Mudvayne songs of all time. : Anyways, funny vid. Those ducks had it coming to them. They are up to no good I tells ya. :ohnoes:
  25. - When I was a brand new player I stood in Lumbridge by Bob the ax dude for about five minutes debating whether or not I should give him my broken ax to fix because I was sure that if I did he was going to scam me out of it. - Made about three accouts before I settled on this one because I died on each of them before I discovered the general store and lost my tinderbox each time and was sure that I wouldn't be able to get it back and my character was ruined. - Died to a cow. :-s - Spent about 30 minutes in Keldagrim looking for people to sell me bars of metal for the Giant Dwarf quest and never thought for a second that I could just superheat some ores to make bars. I am sure that there are more that I cannot remember now. lol
