Aurora_May
OK i managed to finally recover my account back to find it had two permanent bans on - one for breaking rule 3 and for rule 6. I appealed these bans because i wasn't in control of the account (i wasn't, why do you think i was filling out recoveries) and i had proof because i reported the preson on my account because they admitted it was stolen from me - yet, now i have it back, it has the ban and i've appealed and it's been dnied because there was "conclusive evidence" i was on the account - despite the fact that it was not accessed from my PC and the fact that i reported the incident which led to the ban. The second one is the password scamming, for which i apologised (since saying it wasn't me seemed not to work) and this has also failed to mean the ban has lifted (despite saying times and from what name i reported the bans on my other account. Does anyone have any advice on how to contact runescape about this? I have filed a complaint, but i don't know if they will ever get back to me. Loge_05
The second one is the password scamming, for which i apologised (since saying it wasn't me seemed not to work)... Firstly, stick to one story. Changing just arouses suspiscion. Ask them to check the IPs of who was on your account. Since unfortunaly it was scamming you were reprted for, Jagex will not go easy on you. Offline and unavailable. Aurora_May
But i reported me for scammig (if that makes sense) - i reported the instant that my account (whilst in control of another person) admitted they stole it.

Well I can understand why Jagex would ban you as that's a very far-fetched story. Appeal again and this time be as detailed as possible, mentioning what account you were on when you reported your own account. Mention other details like the time, date etc of the report. Offline and unavailable.
Aurora_May
It won't let me appeal once it's been denied - it just says "denied" - there's no appeal option. I wrote most of that in the original appeal, even screenshots i took when i reported it and the time i reported it and on what account - but they still think it was me password scamming. If you got a reply from their message center in any decent amount of time, i would have messaged them.
Loge_05
Try sending a complant, but if that doesn't work then be prepared to face up to what has happened, your account has been banned. Offline and unavailable.
Aurora_May
It wouldn't be so bad if i'd only worked on it for a week or even a month, but i poured over a year into that account and it has over 25,000,000 exp. It's not my fault if libraries don't keep their computers virus free. I've sent a complaint - any idea how long it takes runescape to reply to messages? Loge_05
I've sent a complaint - any idea how long it takes runescape to reply to messages? Since it is quite a complex scenario, then it'll take them a few days. Offline and unavailable.
Aurora_May
Well i hope they fully research what i've done and clearly read everything that i say. I'm not prepared to backdown from this easily.
