July 9, 200619 yr I just got into runescape and I really enjoy it. My brother always warns me not to build my defence but to only build my str and attk. What are the advantages of that? Without any defence and maxed out str and attk can you be stronger than when your str attk and def and maxed out? Or is it just better to spend your time getting str and attk up at first before defence? Please explain thanks.
July 9, 200619 yr Pures have no defence. They have a defence of one, so they can raise up thier str and attack and still be at a low level to attack low level players. IM not an expert on pures so someone else will give you a better opinion.
July 9, 200619 yr you want to keep your defense low so taht your combat is lower...i don't knwo why but thats that. if you are going to be a pure and pk people i reccomend that you also train up your magic and range. Retired from runescape. I will be on every now and then though. :)
July 9, 200619 yr Read thsi guide, this should help alot http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=460 ... sc&start=0
July 10, 200619 yr Well pures are basically made only for pk/duel reasons. If you really want to enjoy the game to its fullest and do quests, explore, etc. Then you should not make your main account a pure. You can of course make other accounts. Retired from runescape(Banned for bug abusing)
July 10, 200619 yr My main account is a rune pure... I enjoy this game and am more successful than most members. It doesn't matter what you train that will define how much you enjoy the game, or how successful you are, it is the time spent training it.
