offence or defence?

It all depends on whether or not you have guthans. If you have guthans then offence all the way. If not then you'll want more defence.

With 900m banked, I can say I'm not short on choices of what to train with. My choice is Berserker helm with melee barrows top and bottom with Obby set, barrows gloves, berserker ring, fury amulet and climbing boots (with whip or d scim) when training Attack or Strength, and guthans with fury, obby cape, berserker, climbing boots when training defense (Plop at bandits and watch TV. Check screen every 30 seconds or so and move your character).

 

 

 

With my stats being 80 atk, 78 str, 84 defense, 74 prayer, I find high defensive stats being beneficial while using high strength/attack bonus equipment.

Offence. If you get hurt, you could always use food or Guthans, but hitting a lot less just isn't worth it.

I wear Climbers and Rune Defender only on easy tasks such as Trolls, and wear Rune boots and Obby/Dragon shield on others.

Probably defence for me. Why do you bother to include the climbing boots though? A +2 to strength isn't going to do cabbage.
